To induldge its guests with delicious culinary delights, Siebenquell GesundZeitResort in Weißenstadt in the Fichtelgebirge relies not only on top chefs, but also on top freshness, and therefore on efficient cooling solutions from Viessmann Kühlsysteme GmbH, based in Hof. The Siebenquell GesundZeitResort is not a spa center, but rather a mixture of hotel, spa and conference venue as well as restaurant.

The food is stored in Siebenquell resort in several Viessmann TectoCell Standard Plus combined rooms for cooling and freezing, spread over three floors. These were planned and tendered by specialists from Heuberger Kälte Klima GmbH, headquartered based in Bayreuth. Thus, the 60 million euro new construction project "Siebenquell" also became a regional joint project with nationwide appeal in the cold area.

In total, three combined cold rooms have been installed, one of them a five-compartment combination cell, but also a six-compartment combination cell, a beverage cold room and a waste cold room, all of the type TectoCell Standard Plus with a wall thickness of 100 mm.

The issue of regionalism was our top priority. We are building the Siebenquell GesundZeitResort for the region and with the region. Therefore, we have awarded as many assignments as possible to companies from the region. It's great that we were able to rely 100 percent on our strong local partners in this mammoth project. In the area of ​​refrigeration, it was clear that Heuberger and Viessmann will manage this project together because both have already proven their reliability and quality in earlier projects.
