Karl’s Adventure Village invites their guests to participate in the production of the delicacies, such as strawberry jam and pancakes. The kitchen and visitor areas are designed so that the visitors have as much insight as possible into the production and preparation of the products. Refrigerating e.g. strawberries, fries, vegetables and ice cream had to be made visible, visually appealing and technically sound. Viessmann TectoCell cold rooms met all these criteria and were the perfect solution for Karl’s Adventure Village.
