Reliable and safe operation to ensure highest food quality
The refrigeration specialist based in Kaltern, Caldaro, also opted for Viessmann cold rooms for this project, as the products are extremely solid and therefore durable. The nearly jointless arrangement of the individual cold room elements and their excellent workmanship were very convincing. Both features make the Viessmann cold room a high-quality product that Niederbacher GmbH is very happy to offer to its customers.
In any case, the operators of the ADLER Lodge Ritten are more than satisfied with the implementation of this cold room project. The cold rooms are highly reliable and are also easy to clean: two important factors for a smoothly running catering operation that promises its guests a culinary treat. Therefore, the hotel has several cold rooms of different sizes, all equipped with temperature monitoring to be able to react quickly to technical irregularities. Nothing can be reported about the latter, as no problems or defects have been detected so far - which once again speaks for the quality of Viessmann cold rooms.
