Building X at Bielefeld University, Germany provides 7,700 meals per day, which presented a major challenge for the planners, builders and manufacturers of this new canteen. Thanks to the customisable features and expertise from the whole project team, Viessmann’s TectoCell Standard Plus cold rooms now cover 220 m² freezer and 260 m² chilled area with excellent hygienic features.
