For the protection of the people and the environment, Vitec, Viessmann Technologies GmbH, introduces modular and mobile Intensive Care Units (ICU) to the market. Wherever maximum protection against germs, viruses and environmental influences is required, IC units make sure patients, staff and the environment are protected flexibly, efficiently and safely.

Intensive Care Units for single and two patients

Each IC unit includes lock facility for the health care personnel, the intensive care operation room and technical equipment area. Operation rooms are designed for single bed or two hospital beds. The modules have:

  • tested microbicidal surfaces
  • interior design in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines of hospital technology
  • isolation of patient room by controlled under pressure.

Viessmann’s module rooms are certified by WHO, the German Clean Room Institute (DRRI) and the TÜV.

Mobile and transportable IC units

The modular IC units are available as standardised units for temporary indoor or covered outdoor installations. They are fast to install for example in exhibition halls or sports arenas as additional intensive care treatment facility and can be customized individually if needed. The modular, design makes the IC units mobile and transportable as well as fast to install. The 1-bed version can also be pre-assembled and transported as a ready unit.
