Viessmann combines its business area ‘Climate Solutions’ with Carrier Global Corporation, thereby co-creating a new global champion in intelligent climate and energy solutions. The transaction was announced on April 26th, 2023, and it does not include Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions, which remains within the Viessmann Group portfolio of businesses.
