The family business Viessmann, one of the world's leading providers of sustainable climate (heating, cooling, refrigeration, water and air quality) and renewable energy solutions, is building a new site for its Refrigeration Solutions business area. The company launched the construction of its new location in Legnica, Poland with a foundation stone laying ceremony. The new building underscores the company's intention to expand Refrigeration Solutions into another core business in the medium term, alongside the traditional Climate Solutions business area, which will ensure additional growth.
The refrigeration markets in Central Europe are important growth drivers for the coming years, making Viessmann take the decision to build the Polish site. Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions in general pursues the goal of developing state-of-the-art products while operating as efficiently and sustainably as possible. The new site in Legnica offers the right conditions for this.
